Booking & Cancellation Policy
If requested, a quote will be sent out prior to acceptance of the booking.
A non refundable fee is due to secure all makeup bookings. Your appointment will be held until the date the booking fee is due. This amount is deducted from your total. This booking fee is to be paid via direct deposit.
Standard makeup bookings will have 7 days to secure their booking. Bridal party bookings will have 14 days to pay their booking fee and secure their date.
The remaining amount can be paid via exact cash on the day or direct deposit, prior to the appointment day.
Any cancellations made within 48 hours of the booking will not be refunded their booking fee. At the discretion of the business, the fee may be refunded depending on the circumstances.
‘No Show’ clients will forfeit their booking fee.
Bookings at locations further then 2.5+ hours from Canberra, ACT will also require accomodation for The Makeup artist. This information will be provided to you upon inquiry and quote.
Client Photos
As a chance to reflect on my work, as well as capture it, I do like to take photos of the majority of the makeovers. Not all of these are posted to social media, however some may be. I will always check with my clients that they are comfortable with having their photo taken. However, if you would not like your photo posted to social media please let me know!
